Welcome to Tranquil Minds, a compassionate space dedicated to nurturing the well-being of children through specialised therapy. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment where children can explore, express, and navigate the challenges of growing up.
We offer a variety of evidence-based counselling services, including cognitive behavioural therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Caring for someone else is a balancing act. Sometimes we forget to look after ourselves. We provide a safe, compassionate space where carers can express their feelings, process thoughts, and regain a sense of personal balance. Together, we explore strategies for self-care, boundary setting, and emotional resilience, empowering you to continue your caring role in a sustainable way.
One of our specialities is hoarding and organisational support. If you just need a hand getting on top of your clutter, or you suffer from Hoarding Disorder, we can help.
Our approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
We have availabilities for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients who are seeking counselling.
My name is Rebecca. I am a registered counsellor and a member of the Australian Counselling Association.
Here at Tranquil Minds, I believe that you are the expert in your life and that you have the capability to make the changes you need to overcome your problems. I am here to support you in your journey to overcome whatever issues you are facing in your life. I will help to empower you to achieve your goals and reach your potential.
Is your child struggling with big emotions, anxiety or depression, or trauma?
At Tranquil Minds we help children to grow and realise their ability to make their own choices in their healing journey through play based therapy and a strength based approach to counselling.
Do you or someone you know have a problem with hoarding? Hoarding disorder is a mental health condition and it effects approximately 5% of the population. Hoarding disorder can be overwhelming and challenging, so if you need help decluttering and don’t know where to start, or have a loved one you are concerned about, give me a call or text. I am here to help.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, I can help you recover motivation, perspective, and the joy that you once had in your life.
I provide counselling sessions with no lock in contracts so there's no ongoing commitments. Book as many or as few sessions as you would like. NDIS plan-managed and self-managed participants welcome.
My experience allows me to offer individual, person-centred care. Online, over the phone and in person counselling sessions are available for all ages. We all need someone to talk to at times and I can help you to work through any difficult challenges you may currently be experiencing.
