Do I need a referral for counselling?
No, you don't need a referral.
Do you see NDIS clients?
Yes, plan managed or self-managed clients are welcome.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on you. We can continue meeting until you feel you needs have been met.
Are Medicare rebates available?
No. Currently counsellors are not part of Medicare Better Access Scheme.
Do you bulk bill?
No.
Do you accept mental health plans?
Unfortunately I can not accept mental health plans.
Will my appointments be confidential?
We have a strict confidentiality code. The only time your information can be shared is if there is potential for harm either to yourself or another person, or if a case file is subpoenaed by a court of law.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you can not attend your appointment, let us know with at least 24 hours notice and we can reschedule it. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the session fee. If you do not show up to your appointment and do not inform us that you are not attending you will charged 90% of the session fee.
